    Go ahead, give us a call! A trained and friendly representative will answer your call and then help you with any questions you may have about your order, or anything else you may need.

Three Payment Options

Tier I Program

Tier II Program

  • Open Credit Account Requirements ~ At least one of the following must be met:
  • Must have a minimum of 25 employees.
  • Spend at least $2500.00 per month with Laserfleet.
  • All open accounts will be placed on either Net 20 or Net 30 day terms
  • All open accounts must fill out a credit application and sign a payment agreement.

Tier III Program

  • Open Credit Account - Special Cases
  • Establish a buying history through our Tier I Program.
  • All open accounts must fill out a credit application and sign a payment agreement.
  • All open accounts will be placed on either Net 20 or Net 30 day terms.  
  • To apply, contact Laserfleet today. We will arrange to have one of our specialized account representatives stop by to discuss your purchasing needs and set up an account for you. 

Payment Terms

All business, organizations, schools and universities, Government agencies, and any other individuals who receive Net Terms from Laserfleet agree to pay all invoicing in a prompt and timely manner. All payments are expected to be made within the Net Terms given to you. Payment is to be made for the agreed upon dollar amounts, and on time. There will be a $25.00 returned check fee for all checks that that do not clear the bank/credit union. This fee will be added on to the amount owed to Laserfleet, in addition to any other fees incurred by Laserfleet, including but not limited to attorney fees and/ or collection agency costs as well as a 2% monthly finance charge for any and all outstanding balances. Credit will be issued only to those who apply for it, and who are qualified to receive Net Terms. Terms of repayment are within Laserfleet’s sole discretion, and unless otherwise agreed to in writing, payment must be received by Laserfleet prior to acceptance of an order and/or Membership.

Laserfleet accepts payments via GSA Smart Pay, Pro Cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Other credit or debit cards may be added or removed at our sole discretion. All pre paid check orders are shipped only after the check clears. Neither Laserfleet nor intend for the Site to be used by individuals under the age of 18.  All minors must have written permission from a Guardian sent to us in order to use the website. All parties using a credit card, or other form of payment approve of, agree to all said terms. By entering any information on the Laserfleet website, you represent and warrant that you: (1) are at least 18 years of age (2) All billing and shipping addresses and phone numbers are truthful and are legitimate, meaning not borrowed, stolen, nor someone else’s information. Your credit card number must be that and the same of which the Bank/Credit Union has on file for you. Please allow five business days after we receive your check for your shipment to take place. Please note we charge either $25.00 or the maximum allowable by law for all dishonored checks. (3) If Laserfleet thinks you have been dishonest in any form, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all usage of the Site.

Shipping | Deliveries

Unless otherwise noted, will make its best efforts to ship/deliver merchandise as fast as possible. Most orders will arrive the next business day for most customers. In-stock orders are shipped/delivered throughout the day from either our warehouse, or from our vendor’s warehouse, directly to the consumer. In rare cases, product availability may be limited, and particular products may not be available for immediate shipping/delivery. Laserfleet has no control over this and is not liable, nor will we be held accountable for delays due to a shipping carrier, an item being out of stock, on a backorder, either national or local. In addition, bad weather conditions of any form or an act of God that creates a delay for any reason shall not be held against Laserfleet in any way. Laserfleet shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, costs or expenses related to any delays in shipments or deliveries. Laserfleet will make all efforts to update customers of any shipping/delivery problems if or when they arise, so that you may make an informed decision from that point.

Making Changes to Orders and/or Shipping

Provided that your order has not yet entered the shipping process, you may change or cancel the order at no charge. Orders are normally shipped every half hour, throughout the business day. For orders that have already been shipped, you may confirm the date and method of shipment, as well as an estimated date of arrival and tracking number, if applicable. If an order has entered into the shipping process before your communication is received, you the consumer agree to accept and pay all agreed upon freight charges of the initial order as well as return freight for any unwanted merchandise, plus a 20% restocking fee. In order to make a change, you must telephone Laserfleet and receive an order change/cancellation confirmation number from one of our representatives. No emails, or other forms of communication will be accepted in regards to order changes/cancellations, and without this confirmation number, the order will ship out as initially requested by the buyer.


Please Note: Any returned product to Laserfleet must be unopened and is subject to a 20% restocking fee, except for defective products. All returned products are subject to the manufacturer return policy, and Laserfleet has no sway over this. When purchasing any product from Laserfleet, you automatically agree to accept all manufacturer return policies. If you need to return any product(s) purchased from Laserfleet, then you must FIRST obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting customer service at (313) 533-7309. At that time you will also be provided with instructions on how to return any product(s). All unwanted or damaged in shipping products must be unopened and returned in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase. Any defective products must be in their original packaging, and all defective toner and ink products must contain a test page inside of the box showing the print defect. No refunds will be given without this test page, NO EXCEPTIONS. All Laserfleet compatible toner cartridges are warranted to be free of defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase or to ¾ empty, except in the incidents of label usage, heavy gauged paper, poor machine maintenance, paper dust, items getting stuck in the cartridge, fuser issues, etc… Under normal usage and printer care, our toner an ink cartridges will not cause damage or abnormal wear to any compatible printer. If a customer states that a toner cartridge has caused printer damage, Laserfleet must be contacted immediately. You (the customer) agree to have Laserfleet examine the printer in question by our own repair technicians first, lest all our warranties are voided. If it is discovered that printer damage was not caused by a Laserfleet product, you (the customer) agree to pay for the printer technician to come out for service, payable immediately to Laserfleet at the time of service. This warranty does not apply to any defects caused by user alterations or accidents, including the negligence toward products, equipment or the failure to operate the printer according to the manufacturers’ specifications. The usage of other brand toner cartridges not purchased from Laserfleet will void all warranties and release Laserfleet of any and all liabilities immediately. We are unable to give refunds or credits until we receive back all products being returned and the products meet the above qualifications. If you need a replacement product immediately, we will invoice for the product up front and then refund your credit card/account upon receiving the returned item(s) back.  Please note Laserfleet has no control over how long of a time period any given bank may require in order to refund your credit/debit card. Laserfleet will do everything to process your refund promptly and submit the data to your bank in order to initiate the refund.

Intellectual Rights

You agree to use the site as a business tool, learning experience, or to purchase goods and services. User accepts and is fully responsibility for, (1) keeping his or her account password confidential and secured, (2) restricting access to such user's computer; and (3) keeping the e-mail address associated with that account current. User accepts full responsibility for all activities that occur within such User's account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security. Laserfleet will not be responsible for any losses, or damage arising from your failure to comply with your responsibilities and obligations under these Terms and Conditions/Shipping. We reserve the right to delete or change any username or password at any time and for any reason. Laserfleet may suspend, terminate your account usage at any time, for any reason. You are personally liable for payment(s) of any orders that are placed, or charges that you incur during use of your account. Any conduct by you that restricts or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the Site (or any linked site) will not be permitted. Users are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the Site, including, without limitation, (1) accessing data not intended for such user or logging onto a server or an account which the user is not authorized to access; (2) attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization; (3) attempting to interfere with service to any user, host or network, including, without limitation, via means of submitting a virus to the Site, overloading, "flooding," "spamming," "mail bombing" or "crashing;" (4) sending unsolicited email, including promotions and/or advertising of products or services; or (5) forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email or newsgroup posting. You agree that your data, content, and any information provided to us is safe and  will not contain or promote any viruses, malware, trojan horses, worms, or other computer programming or code that is designed or intended to damage or destroy Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability. Laserfleet will investigate occurrences that may involve such violations and may involve, and cooperate with, law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who are involved in such violations. By using, you agree to indemnify Laserfleet and the Laserfleet Umbrella, and hold them harmless from any and all claims and expenses, including (without limitation) attorney's fees arising from your use of the Site, your use of the Products and Services, or your submission of ideas and/or related materials to Laserfleet/ We reserve the right, to change, modify or otherwise alter these Terms and Conditions/Shipping at any time, and changes will become effective immediately. Whether or not you actually review them is your responsibility fully and not that of Laserfleet in any form. Laserfleet places a lot of content on the website for you to examine. An example of some of the content includes: text, graphics, photographs, pictures, drawings, animation, audio, video, literature and any other material distributed in connection with this website. Moreover, attempts to display the content in a way that will be easily accessible and useful for you, the customer. Therefore, the selection and arrangement of this content, as well as the software published on the website are owned and copyrighted by either Laserfleet or by a third party that authorizes Laserfleet to make such content available to you. In addition, all trademarks, service marks, trade names, product names, company names, domain names, patents and logos appearing on this website are proprietary of Laserfleet or are the property of their respective owners.

Site Warranty/Other Vendors Resolutions/Assignment

The content of, and access to the website are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. cannot warrant that any part of this website will be uninterrupted or error-free. You understand and expressly agree that will not be held liable for any claims regarding any types of viruses, spyware, malware, or any other harmful computer issues and/or software issues claims made from using our website. All users of the site are to be solely responsible for the upkeep, and the security of their own computer equipment. explicitly disclaims any responsibility from other vendors in accuracy, content, availability of information, products found on websites or links to or from other website(s). You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Laserfleet as a result of these Terms and Conditions/shipping, or your use of the Site. Our website is compliant to existing laws, legal process, and nothing contained herein is in derogation of our right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the site or information provided to or gathered by us with respect to such use. All disagreements must be sent to us in writing or via email. We will work with all due diligence to correct any issues, especially since it’s in our best interests to have happy users/customers. If the issue cannot be corrected, then all parties agree the issue will be settle only in the State of Michigan, in Wayne County jurisdiction. Laserfleet has the rights to enforce any all agreements we may have. If you don’t agree with this, then do not use Laserfleet/ in any manner. Customer(s) may not assign its rights or obligations hereunder to anyone without the express prior written consent of Laserfleet.
